Actionable AI ("we", "us") runs actionableai.io and the "Ash Behrens | AI Automation" YouTube channel. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and how long we keep it. Questions go to ash@actionableai.io.

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to enter when you:

send the contact form on this website (name, email, phone, company, topic, and your message),
take the AI Burn Rate Quiz (your answers, name, and email),
sign up for a free resource or our email list (name and email),
book a call with us (name, email, and anything you add to the booking).

We use this information to reply to you, send the quiz results or resources you asked for, prepare for and follow up on calls, and send occasional emails about our work. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.

Services that process this information

We use a small number of providers to run these features, and share your information with them only so they can provide the service:

Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
Tally runs the AI Burn Rate Quiz.
Make passes quiz results to our email system.
Kit stores our email list and sends our emails.
Calendly handles call bookings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Google user data (YouTube API Services)

We run internal tools, used only by Actionable AI, that connect to Google through OAuth to manage and analyze our own YouTube channel. These tools do not collect or access Google data belonging to website visitors, quiz takers, or anyone else.

What the tools access. With the channel owner's permission, the tools access our own channel's data through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. That includes video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, playlists, public statistics, and aggregated channel analytics such as views, watch time, retention, traffic sources, and anonymous audience demographics.

How we use it. Only to report on our channel's performance and to upload and update our own videos and their details (for example, fixing a video description). Nothing else.

Who we share it with. We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We may use an AI assistant to help us read our own analytics reports. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, for advertising, for selling to data brokers, or to decide anyone's creditworthiness.

How we protect it. Google API requests are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The OAuth access token and any exported reports stay on our own computer. Access is limited to the channel owner.

How long we keep it and how to delete it. Exported reports are working files. We overwrite them on the next report run and delete ones we no longer need. We keep the OAuth token until access is revoked, and anyone can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our tools use YouTube API Services, subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How we protect your information

Information you give us is stored with the providers listed above, which encrypt data in transit. Access to our accounts is limited to the Actionable AI team.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and email information while you remain on our list or in contact with us. Email ash@actionableai.io to have your information deleted and we will remove it from our systems.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
